2. When we were collecting kilometer rolls with multiple images showing bursting tendons, when we were about 300 meters away from the roll, we replaced it with a roll of film that had no problem before the bursting tendons appeared and continued to wrap it. In this way, the bursting of the tendon cannot be manifested, and it will not cause stretching and deformation of the film, thereby improving the yield rate.

3. Sprinkle a small amount of sanitary grade smooth powder on the slitting machine during winding, which can also alleviate the phenomenon of bursting.
