1、 Pre sales service


  • Technical support: Provide customers with truthful and detailed product introductions, patiently answer various inquiries, and offer comprehensive technical information;

  • Field visit: Conduct an inspection of the client's premises to understand their needs;

  • Scheme comparison: Analyze, compare, and develop paper processing schemes that meet the actual needs of customers;

  • Technical cooperation: Assist relevant design units in technical exchanges, listen to suggestions from customers and relevant departments, and be able to make reasonable improvements to products based on actual situations during product design and manufacturing to meet customers' reasonable requirements;

  • Product planning: Based on the specific paper processing requirements of customers, carry out "tailor-made" professional design to enable customers to obtain economic investment.



2、 In sales service


  • The sales representative shall sign the contract in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and strictly abide by the terms of the contract to fulfill their rights and obligations;

  • Provide detailed equipment installation drawings (floor plans) and other materials to the customer within the agreed time after the contract takes effect;

  • Engineering personnel strictly follow the national safety and quality inspection requirements, conduct quality supervision on all aspects of equipment manufacturing and assembly, and ensure the quality of equipment;

  • Service engineers provide customers with free professional and comprehensive product technical knowledge training, and can provide comprehensive and high-quality services to enterprises at any time;

  • All equipment is equipped with fixed bolts when leaving the factory, and all certificates (such as product qualification certificate, user manual, etc.) are complete when the equipment leaves the factory;

  • The service engineer will complete the installation, debugging, and customer training of the delivered equipment at a fast speed and with high quality with appropriate support from the customer.



3、 After sales service


  • We have an after-sales department and a dedicated hotline at 400-621-8884 to provide timely and excellent after-sales service to ensure the safe operation of the system

  • The warranty period of the equipment shall be within twelve months from the date of the equipment nameplate or as agreed in the contract. During this period, the costs incurred for repairing or replacing damaged equipment and components due to quality issues shall be borne by Accor Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. The cost of damage or replacement caused by incorrect operation and improper use shall be borne by the customer. After the warranty period, lifelong paid equipment repair, maintenance, relocation, modification and other services shall be provided.

  • Establish user profiles to provide internal evidence for the operation of equipment, and regularly provide maintenance methods and precautions to users.

  • Service personnel conduct telephone follow-up every three months, conduct on-site inspections of equipment operation every six months, and provide reasonable suggestions to users;

  • Upon receiving an email, fax, or telephone service message from the user, provide a clear response immediately. If the problem cannot be solved, equipment maintenance shall be carried out at the user's site within 48 hours;

  • After the warranty period expires, Accor Machinery (Taicang) Co., Ltd. provides lifelong tracking services for the equipment, offering parts and services at cost price.
